Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds

We want you to love ColorMatchAI. Due to the digital nature of our selfie analysis service, refunds are limited:

Refunds are only issued if the service fails to process your selfie due to a technical error on our end.
Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by emailing legal@colormatchai.com with your order ID.
Once a selfie is analyzed via OpenAI's API, no refunds are available unless required by law (e.g., EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights).
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5-10 business days.
